Our Most Commonly Asked Questions

Does unlimited actually mean unlimited?

Every plan has an active task limit, this is how many tasks you can request at a time. If you have 5 tasks that you want us to work on, but your plan only allows 3, then 3 tasks can be submitted. When those 3 are completed, then you can submit the remaining 2.

Is there a contract or a minimum commitment?

No, you can cancel at anytime, please note there are no refunds.

How do I know if the task request system is right for me?

Check out the information on our website and make sure to watch the video from our CEO. Take a look at "What is a task?" and see if those are things you would like help with. If it is, then great, we are a good fit! Next step would be to choose one of our plans.

If I sign up now, when will I be charged?

Our plans are a monthly subscription and the first month will be charged to your credit card upon submission, then automatically every 30 days from date of purchase until you cancel your subscription.

How do I change my packages?

Please checkout the upgrade/downgrade button on your dashboard??

How do update my billing information?

Please reach out to support by submitting a support ticket from your dashboard.

What is the difference between a support ticket and a task ticket?

A support ticket is used more for troubleshooting the software, any thing else will be considered a task ticket. If you are unsure, please contact us.

Does this service include marketing services (FB ads, google ads, etc.)?

Lead generation is not included but can be offered for a separate fee, please click here for more information.

How do I request a task?

You can request a task through the Task Portal quickly and easily.

What should I expect once I submit a task?

Once you submit a task, you will receive a confirmation email. Then our team will assess how many task(s) your request entails. You will receive a notification of exact number of task(s) with a confirm button if you want to proceed. With your confirmation, we will work on completing your request. (need to develop further)

What is the turnaround time on a task?

Depending on what plan you purchased, the average turnaround time is 1-4 business days.

How do you prioritize a task(s)?

Whichever task you submit first will be the one we complete first. Reprioritization of tasks can be done upon request.

Can I rush (think of another word besides rush) a task(s)?

This is an additional fee service that allows you to "bump" the queue and have your task started on a priority level. You can use this when your task is of an urgent nature, when you need more tasks worked on at the same time that exceeds your plan allowance or when you need something completed on a specific date.

How do I purchase a rush task(s)?

When you confirm that you want to proceed with your request, you will receive an email confirming that we are getting to work on your task, within that email will be an option to upgrade to a priority task.

Sometimes there may be tasks that are similar in nature or potentially tasks that may be reoccurring. At this time there is one way to address this, by referring to the reference number of that particular task. There is a new feature that is coming and it will be a way is to set up a reoccurring tasks.

Tips on how to explain your task

Our ability to complete your task depends on how well we understand your request. To allow for a seamless process it is best to provide detailed written instructions within your task request, provide any information we need (logins, attachments, etc.), provide the request in a logical sequence (what I want to do in a sequence order), use bullet points and/or upload video recordings of what you want completed. Screenshots are also helpful.
